Escalade is sad to announce that due to family and work commitments, Tom has decided to step down from the quartet. As most of you know, the quartet had decided to take some time away from performing in public in an attempt to sort out busy schedules and hopefully find a plan that would enable us to continue singing together. After about 8 months and some careful re-evaluation, Tom found his schedule getting even busier with no end in sight. The remaining members of the quartet wish Tom well in his retirement. It does mean however that he will be having a brat cookout every month for the rest of the summer so we can stay in touch. 

Randy, Jeff and Curt have decided that we are willing to give Escalade another run but we will be needing a fourth voice (wouldn't be a quartet without a fourth now would it?). So with that in mind, we would like to "chordially" extend an open invitation to anyone wanting to audition for us. Anyone wishing to schedule an audition, can send an email to webmaster@escaladequartet.com. Just put something like "Audition" in the heading so we can quickly identify it. In the body of the email, make sure to include the voice part you are currently singing. Tom was our lead but that isn't necessarily the part we are looking for. So basses, baris, leads and tenors need apply. We are excited about the possibilities ahead of us.
